Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park is one of the most well-known parks in the entire state of California. It's famous for its many trees and mountainous terrain.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this national park. It wasn't a planned trip, nor did I stay very long.

I was on a road trip with two friends headed to Los Angeles. We decided to stop along the way at Yosemite National Park to stretch our legs and take in the many views of the park.

We ended up staying longer than anticipated, simply because of the amazing views.

In fact, we wanted to camp there for a night and looked into it. All the campgrounds were completely booked though. We found out later that they actually book up very quickly, and you have to schedule out several months in advance if you want to camp.

Yosemite has multiple trails, bridges and bathrooms that line the various entrances to the park. Visitors love the expansiveness of the park, and we did too.

I wish that I had had more time to explore Yosemite. This national park has so much to offer. On my next trip through California, I'll make sure to plan in advance to camp so that I can enjoy the pristine forests.
